Second time taking my vehicle to Clark's. Over all it was good. The problems were fixed and the follow up was good. My only issue was the communication during the work. I took my vehicle in to be worked on in the morning and agreed to the services needed but never heard back on the progress. I reached out to them at closing time to get an update. They told me it would be ready the next morning. I never heard from them the next day and I reached out in the afternoon to get a status report and learned that the vehicle was ready.
